Section 7 - Limitation of Liability & Product Use (Automotive) ApexGloss Graphene Coating is intended for use on automotive clear coats by individuals who have reviewed and understand the application process.

  • Surface Prep: The effectiveness and longevity of the graphene coating depend entirely on the user's paint preparation (decontamination, polishing, and panel wiping). ApexGloss makes no guarantees regarding the longevity of the product if applied to an unprepared surface.

  • Vehicle Damage: Under no circumstances shall ApexGloss Graphene Coating, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation to, damage to automotive paint, clear coat failure, or the cost of professional paint correction services arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

  • Maximum Liability: In all cases, our maximum liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you ordered.

Section 8 - Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing All orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfillment centers within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped containing your tracking number.

Estimated Shipping Times Because we utilize global fulfillment to offer premium products at competitive prices, please allow 7 to 15 business days for standard international and domestic delivery after your order has been processed. While we strive to deliver products within our estimated timeframes, shipping delays may occur due to carrier logistics, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking portal to update with active transit information.

Incorrect Addresses ApexGloss is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please verify your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment cost.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes ApexGloss is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
